Other than being the leader of the Church of Scientology, David Miscavige was also Tom Cruise’s best friend. However, unlike other religious leaders, Miscavige was said to be a big party guy and he and Cruise would reportedly go on rauseous trips to Las Vegas.

One on occasion, the men had just come back to Scientology HQ from a trip to Las Vegas and sat in their exclusive lounge, puffing on the finest Cuban cigars with rolls of money on the table which had come from their big winnings.
