Tom and Katie’s prenuptial agreement had some very specific terms and rules that the latter had to follow. Katie was said to have been awarded $4.8 million in child support and an additional $5 million for herself. It was also reported that the settlement agreed that Suri would have no relationship with Scientology, something that distanced Tom from his daughter.

Strangest of all, it was said that the settlement stipulated that Katie was not allowed to mention their marriage or date anyone publicly for five years after her split from Tom. This was said to be part of the reason why Katie hid her relationship with actor Jamie Foxx.
