Science Found A New Organ?

Ok, so it’s not like we’ve discovered a new heart or lung. However, in 2018 scientists from New York University’s School of Medicine found a brand new organ in the human body. They called it the interstitium, and here’s what it does:

According to the doctors, the interstitium is a system of tissues that are found all across the body. They effectively hold all of our organs in place, such as the lungs, digestive tracts, and the veins. It might help us understand how diseases are spread over the body.
