This might feel like an episode of Black Mirror, but it’s here in today’s world. Technology company Three Square Market found a way to microchip its employees back in 2017. Inserted in the flesh between the thumb and forefinger, it was a way to open doors, sign into computers, and buy from the kitchen.

While these started off to be fairly innocent, it’s easy to see how these can progress into GPS tracking devices used to spy on people or harass them.
