Why Julia Roberts Will Always Be Hollywood’s Golden Girl
Slow rising
Despite impressing everyone with her acting skills on the TV show, much like many aspiring actors, Julia hit a bum note when trying to build the ladder in acting. That same year, Roberts had an uncredited role as Babs in the comedy “Firehouse”. However, the film went straight to video and didn’t see any success at all.
Not only was it widely unknown but it also scored 17 percent on Rotten Tomatoes with many of the reviewers unimpressed with the film. This was Roberts’ first taste of the harsh nature of movies and how hard it is to make it big.
