In Home Alone, Kevin’s neighbor “Old Man” Marley was rumored to be a serial killer called the South Bend Shovel Slayer. However, he turned out to be a kind and caring and even saved Kevin’s life. On Christmas Eve, Marley and Kevin dismissed the rumors and explained the importance of family, with Kevin even trying to help Marley reunite with his son.
