Cane Corso’s are great with their own family and can act as loving, protective dogs, but the same can’t be said for other people they come into contact with.

They are known to chase other animals and show their hostile side towards strangers who come into their territory. On the other hand, they make excellent guard dogs and will often alert their owners if they suspect something suspicious. These dogs need to be socialized early on in their lives.
