These Celebrities Pulled Off A Secret Wedding

The late Alan Rickman was best known for playing the unlikely hero in Harry Potter, Severus Snape. Just for years before he tragically died, he married his long term love, Rima Horton. Rickman and Horton met in 1965 and dated for 50 years before making it official in 2012.

The couple decided to keep it super low key and Rickman spoke about the special event shortly after they tied the knot. He explained, “We are married. Just recently, it was great, because no one was there. After the wedding in New York we walked across the Brooklyn Bridge and ate lunch.” There was something incredibly special and romantic about this intimate marriage.
