Based on the 2nd floor of 21 Ha’arbaa st not too far from Messa and the Nithan Thai is Moshe Segev’s Quattro. The location is beautifully decorated, especially the bar and private dining room that can easily fit 15 persons. The menu is well diversified and covers meditarenian aspects of the Italian cuisine. Some of the menu’s promising dishes are the Tortellini vitello guancia. The menu changes from time to time but always delivers on almost any dish.
