There’s no chance that Marvel will be dropping its hottest new character anytime soon. The character has only appeared in two movies (occurring within two months of each other!) but it’s enough to make a splash. Her solo film made more than $1 billion and she played an important, albeit small, role in Endgame.

Actress Brie Larson likely signed a multi-picture deal that would keep the character around for a few more years. Marvel Studios’ mastermind Kevin Feige has even hinted that Captain Marvel will ultimately lead the newest members of the Avengers.
