Leaving: Anthony Hopkins (Odin)

Back in 2011, Anthony Hopkins was one of the largest names to join the Marvel Universe. He has been a presence as Thor’s father until 2017’s Thor: Ragnarok when he finally died and passed the touch to his son.

While Odin can always appear as a vision or flashback, there doesn’t seem to be any plans to include the actor in any Marvel Studios projects. The actor was absent during Endgame, with Thor receiving parental advice from his dead mother in a different timeline.
