While it is known that apple cider vinegar provides the body with plenty of benefits, experts have weighed in on the best time to consume it. Some have maintained that it should be the first thing you consume when you wake up, but other professionals have insisted that by drinking it at night, you will wake up the next day feeling great. A study was carried out at Arizona State University which assessed participants with type 2 diabetes who were asked to place 2 tablespoons of the drink on one ounce of cheese before bed with their medication. Digestive issues are incredibly common but instead of going for over-the-counter medication when you feel abdominal pain, try something more holistic. It has been claimed that apple cider vinegar can relieve digestive issues including irritable bowel syndrome and heartburn. Drinking it before bedtime mixed with warm water can make your gut feel great in the morning.
