These Animals Don’t Need Help Surviving In The Wild

Do you see it? Hidden along the ocean floor with its distinct camouflage is the stone fish. It uses the strategy of calmly waiting for its prey to cross its path without noticing, then strikes at an amazing speed of under a quarter of a second. The chances are that you won’t see this guy coming – which is exactly how he likes it.

Keep an eye out for this fish because if you step on it you’ll be stuck with its special spines in you costing you great pain and possibly your life. It’s an important lesson in watching where you’re walking when treading in uncharted waters.
