Komodo dragons are one of those animals that will try to consume just about anything in its path. They both hunt and scavenge – known to dig up shallow graves to consume people. The dragons can hunt in stealth and within an instant charge and maim their prey with their jaws that are filled with poisonous saliva.

The only reason why so few humans are ended by these modern day dragons is that we stay well clear of them and luckily they only feed once a month. So make sure you don’t find yourself near a hungry one!
