So far, if we have learned one thing about this list of dangerous creatures, it’s that sometimes the smaller, the deadlier. No example of this is more apparent than with this species of jellyfish. Don’t let its size fool you – its toxic touch is over 100x stronger than the infamous cobra.
It is barely noticeable, weighing in at the size of a cubic centimeter and being able to slip through most nets mans it often becomes the most unwanted guest on any beach. Their sting can cause what is known as Irukandji syndrome, causing a series of unfortunate symptoms.
