This film is considered to have one of the most bizarre film shoots in cinematic history. Its star, Marlon Brando, would make strange demands throughout the shoot, including wearing a bucket on his head when it was hot – causing massive continuity errors.

Halfway through the shoot, Brando became obsessed with Nelson de la Rosa – the world’s smallest man – and demanded he appears alongside him in all future scenes. The final product is one of the weirdest films in history.
