The next pair of celebrities we are looking at is the ever-so-dashing-and-talented A-list actor Denzel Washington and singer/actress Selena Gomez.

Denzel Washington & Selena Gomez

Denzel Washington is one of the hardest working actors in Hollywood, with a portfolio of movies most actors would be jealous of. There is no role too hard for him to take on, and he does it with such panache. Denzel has also been voted one of the most beautiful men in the world for a number of years. He has won two Academy Awards, and in 2019 he was honored with the AFI Life Achievement Award. He truly is a pleasure to watch on screen, and you know if Denzel is in your movie of choice, it’s going to be great!

Selena Gomez is an ex-Disney star, having starred with Demi Lovato on Barney the Dinosaur, when she was a young girl. Selena also proved that she has a great singing voice and has come out with many pop hits over the years. She is very beautiful and was linked to Justin Bieber for a few years. She has starred in a few movies, but her A-list status comes from her singing voice. In 2017 she took home the award for Billboard’s Woman of the Year.

So, how are these two very different stars connected? Well, besides the fact that they are both very beautiful in their own unique way, Denzel Washington was in The Bone Collector with Bobby Cannavale, who starred in The Fundamentals of Caring with Selena Gomez . This makes their connection only 2 degrees apart. Also, Denzel Washington was in The Hurricane with Liev Schreiber, who was in A Rainy Day in New York with Selena Gomez.

Up next week on “6 Degrees”….You’ll never guess what the connection is between Margot Robbie and Jackie Chan!
