This soap opera included the actors Mary Stuart, Larry Haines, Lisa Peluso, Jane Krakowski, Don Knotts, Kevin Bacon, Morgan Fairchild, Susan Sarandon, John Aniston, John Glover, Viggo Mortensen, and Will Patton, among others. CBS’s Search For Tomorrow first aired on the 3rd of September, 1951, and ran for a long 35 years until the 26th of December, 1986.

All the happenings of the show took place in a fictional town called Henderson. It was focused mainly around the character Joanne, played by Mary Stuart. The show was nominated for a few awards, mainly taken home by actor Larry Haines, who played Stu Bergman. The soapie began as a 15 minute show and was finally extended to 30 minutes. Procter & Gamble Productions used it to advertise household cleaning products.
